Shimmers often contain aloe and glycerine with vitamin E. This means that they give your lips a wet look whilst making them more hydrated. Stain and sheer lipsticks also moisturize because they contain a high conentration of oil.

So the next time you are looking for your usual lipstick or lip gloss, you may decide to look for more than simply color.
