Clinique released this mens cologne in 1999 and it has proved very popular as an every day scent. Being a citrus based fragrance, it works particularly well in summer - long hot summer days on the beach.

Our verdict: Nice and light and easy to wear without being too feminine.

This is a great summer scent. It has a very distinctive citrus tang to it that smells very fresh and clean when it's on your skin. Of the several scents I own, I have received the most compliments for this one. The only downfall is the fact that it doesn't last very long. You could probably help its longevity by purchasing some other Clinique Happy products to use with it, since there are many. (deodorant, shower gel, etc.) ERIC

This fragrance makes me feel fresh & clean. It's especially nice in the summer. In my opinion this scent is a bit masculine, but it's not musky at all & I think women could wear it just as easily. I get many compliments when I wear it. ANNIE

I love the fragrance. It's my favorite. Especially what I like about it is that it is different from other men colognes. I love the citrus fragrance to it but the only downfall it it is that it doesn't last very long. DAVID

The top note is very fruity and icy, working amazingly well in summer. The dry down is reminiscent of Acqua Di Gio but less musky. The only problem is that Happy lasts much shorter on me than GIO does. However, if you like the genre of GIO, you won't get wrong with this one! THOMAS

Happy is a light citrus blend (compare to Crave) it's perfect for daily wear. I recommend this scent highly. MARTIN

I love the scent. Women compliment me on it all the time. I'm not too wild about the musky colognes so Happy is perfect. Clean, citrus, but noticeably male. The problem... it fades so fast. I keep having to reapply throughout the day. A little more fragrance and a little less alcohol would be nice. JAY
